Forming of new Cosa and validating the results of Election goes far from smooth. After the New Year has started, Justice Ián Tamorán has posted results of his validation.
He has inspected all the ballots, and he can verify all of them but three:
Jonathan K. Kelley, who voted by mail,
Rosa Ventrutx, who voted by voicemail (though our SoS later corrected that she actually voted by phone)
Garth Spencer, who voted by mail.
