December 2016 General Elections: Provisional Results

The General Elections for the anniversary 50th Cosa are over, and while the official results and ballots are yet to be validated by the Electoral Comission (which is a whole different story) we can already take a glimpse on what the next Cosa will look like (compared to 49th Cosa):

We can see clear improvement by two parties: the ModRads and the Republicans. Free Democrats, though still getting a considerable amount of seats, are nowhere near as successful. This election also saw an interesting precedent: a ballot cast secretly read "I Explicitly Vote Against All Parties". No one new what to do with the vote, until Vit Caçeir decided to create a party of that name. He went as far as to pay the registration fee in full, which means his party is eligible for 2 seats in next Cosa. This is an exceptional situation and we are yet to find a way to handle this. Let's wait until the results are validated. After that we will discuss provincial, senatorial results and referendums.
